Diana Metiu, general director of DMI, a PR & Advertising company focused on the real-estate market, was included for the second consecutive year in the 33 Business Woman Hall of Fame organized by The Marketer Magazine.
In Raducanu`s List were included the most courageous 33 women in Romania, who discovered creative and powerful ideas for passing over the crisis. ”We found a niche and made the best out of it. We immediately adapted to the new market situation and to the needs of our clients. Success is a life option.”
In a country where a third of the private businesses are managed by women, with seven years experience in this area, DMI, thanks to its manager performance, is also nominated within the SEE Real Estate Awards gala, in the Best PR & Advertising Company of the Year section. This gala will take place in the end of May.
In the middle of the economic crisis, Diana refuses to think about these times as “difficult”. This kind of words does not exist in her vocabulary. During this whole period of time she hasn`t related to the economic reality but to the reality she has decided to build. She has invested in education, she took the most drastic decision by joining CEO Space in the United States, took an MBA class and joined motivational courses. She took some risks, she developed her career and now she feels stronger than ever.
